An event open to both seasoned whisky enthusiasts as well as inquisitive novices, this rare tasting experience consists of SUNTORY’s prized Hibiki 21, Yamazaki 18, Hakushu 18, along with blended specialty Ao plus Toki Highball and Premium Malt’s Beer — each expertly paired with a carefully crafted prix fixe menu. The menu features authentic dishes from Hokkaido, which is particularly renowned for its cuisine, with dishes prepared by Chef Kanto and Chef Saito, both trained in Hokkaido.
