Join us for a memorable evening celebrating SUNTORY’s acclaimed, signature whiskies with special guest, Jonathan Armstrong, the West Coast Brand Ambassador for House of SUNTORY. An event open to both seasoned whisky enthusiasts as well as inquisitive novices, this rare tasting experience consists of SUNTORY’s prized Hibiki 21, Yamazaki 18, Hakushu 18, along with blended specialty Ao plus Toki Highball and Premium Malt’s Beer — each expertly paired with a carefully crafted prix fixe menu. The menu features authentic dishes from Hokkaido, which is particularly renowned for its cuisine, with dishes prepared by Chef Kanto and Chef Saito, both trained in Hokkaido.

  • Guests will be treated to a live presentation on the House of SUNTORY portfolio by guest speaker Jonathan Armstrong.
  • Available whisky tastings include Hibiki 21, Yamazaki 18, Hakushu 18, and Ao. Guests can also enjoy Toki Highball and Premium Malt’s Beer prior to the meal.
  • A full-course dinner featuring dishes that pair well with these whiskies will be prepared by our executive chef (the complete menu can be found below)
