In addition to Omakase, Sushi Tokiwa has launched “Okonomi” or “as you like it,” which gives customers the option to choose their preferred sushi selections as part of a pre-set course meal. Diners now have the option of two distinct course meal choices, Hakushu and Tokiwa, providing an elevated dining experience at a variety of price points.
