SUNTORY Teppanyaki and Kubota Sake Pairing Dinner

A unique sake-pairing evening awaits in Restaurant SUNTORY’s Teppan Room, with distinguished gold-medal-winning Kubota Sake served with a full array of dishes artfully prepared in elegant Restaurant SUNTORY style. Synonymous with high-quality dry sake, Kubota Sake is a brand that evolves with the times and offers a wide range of aromas and flavor profiles, from light and crisp to rich and full-bodied.

Kubota Sake has been painstakingly crafted over hundreds of years by Asahi Shuzo (Brewery) in Niigata Prefecture, one of Japan’s premier rice-growing regions. Founded in 1830, Asahi Brewery continues perfecting the production of superior sake using local rice and a combination of traditional methods and modern technology.

With a total of five sake selections, including the flagship Kubota Manju Junmai Daiginjo and seasonal Kubota Seppou Black Junmai Daiginjo, this dinner brings you a taste of the complexity and versatility of Kubota Sake alongside our top-quality ingredients. Savor items such as washugyu sirloin, Goose Point oyster, sea urchin rice, and seasonal sashimi over six courses.
